Price your items at about 30% of retail. Remember: People are looking for great deals.
Go for the half price on Monday. It's better to get something out of it and not have to bring it back home.
If you are allowing your items to be donated after the sale is over, allow them to go for half price on Monday. Half price is more profitable than no sale at all.
If you have participated in previous Sales in the area, and your items have not sold, please review your pricing and presentation of your items.
Items must be marked AT LEAST $2.00 and priced in increments of .50¢.
If an item is not worth $2.00 group it with similar items or as a set with something else. If you are grouping items together, make sure that items are the SAME BRAND and the SAME SIZE.
When grouping items together do not put more than 2 shirts or pants together in a set. They DON'T sell. Make sure that all items in the group are acceptable (ie. bottom shirt has small stain, top shirt is fine). ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED BY TWICE IS NICE AT CHECK-IN TIME.
